THE EXPANSION WOULD INCLUDE NEW TERMINALS, RECONFIGURED FREEWAY ACCESS, CONNECTIONS TO BART AS IT IS EXPECTED TO BE EXTENDED, CONSOLIDATION OF CARGO, MAINTENANCE AND ADMINISTRATION FACILITIES AND HOTEL/COMMERCIAL FACILITIES ON AIRPORT PROPERTY.
