Document Description
The applicant has the right under Permit 15967 to divert water at a rate of 0.078 cfs from June 1 through October 31 of each year, not to exceed 23 acre feet per annum and 123 acre feet per annum for both permits 15285 (app. 21991) and 15967 (app. 23319), the points of diversion and place of use is common for both permits. Water is diverted from Scotty creek tributary to Pacific Ocean in Sonoma County. Water is used for domestic purposes for a maximum of 167 homes in Bodega Rancho subdivision (some of the subdivision is still under development).
