Document Description
Grading Permit G2000-08 to allow existing grading involving the movement of at least 800 cubic yards, and to allow approximately 300 cubic yards of additional grading to accommodate a single family residence, garage and driveway. Soils on the project site consist primarily of decomposed granite that has experienced severe erosion and sheer cracking during the past winter. As such, the project would also include the construction of approximately 255 lineal feet of concrete retaining walls ranging from four to ten feet in height. The project is a 1.84+ acre parcel zoned RE-2 (Residential Estate, two acre minimum) under Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code.
