Document Description
The applicant requests approval of General Plan Amendment, Specific Plan Amendment, Rezone, and Development Agreement Amendment applications to adjust the boundaries of North Central Roseville Specific Plan (NCRSP) Parcels 54A, 54B, and 56 resulting in two lots (resultant lots 56 and 20c), and to change the land use designation and zoning of resultant lot 20c, which totals 12.91 acres, from Parks & Recreation (PR) to attached Housing (R3). This proposal will result in a reduction in the size of park site 56 from 26.2 to 13.3 acres. Resultant lot 20c will be dedicated to Richland Communities in consideration of the payment of fees to help construct park improvements on the resultant lot 56.
