Particularly, the project consists of two minor encroachments into the open space easement, dedicated per TM 5149RPL for the protection of riparian oak woodland habitat. The encroachment of 0.091 acres consists of placing riprap and pipeline into the open space easement. The first area of encroachment, totaling 0.028 acres, is located adjacent to Sage Meadow Lane. The second area of encroachment, totaling 0.063 acres, is located adjacent to a private road, which intersects Sage Meadow Lane.
