                Document Description

The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS No. VEN-17135, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Sakioka Farms Rice Ave, TIC., as represented by Craig Kaihara.
The whole of the Project involves the grading and filling of two agriculture irrigation ditches, Drainage B and Drainage C, within the Project area to support the future construction of the Sakioka Farms Business Park on an approximately 430-acre parcel. There are three total drainages on the Project site, two of which will be impacted by rough grading activities. Drainages B and C will be graded and filled (approximately 2,500 linear feet and 3,750 linear feet, respectively), and Drainage A will not be impacted. Vegetation clearing will be performed by bull dozers with vegetation cutting attachments. Rough grading activities within the 430-acre development area will result in the placement of earthen fill within 1.37 acres of streambed features.
