Document Description
The Santa Barbara campus of the University of California proposes to seismically correct and renovate the 251,068 gross square feet (GSF) Francisco Torres Residence Hall. This project will upgrade the existing Residence Hall's seismic rating of FAIR to GOOD and will address hazardous materials abatement, life safety deficiencies, building utilities infrastructure deficiencies, and modest interior refurbishments of the residential towers.
