The proposed project consists of two physical buildings and various site improvements on the existing, relatively flat, developed site of the Claybank Adult Detention Facility in Fairfield, CA. The proposed improvements will be utilized for training to support visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning styles as well as chaplaincy services in order to foster rehabilitation and re-entry of adult offenders back into society.
