Document Description
The proposed project involves the construction and operation of a new elementary school (kindergarten through fifth grade) on approx. 11 acres within Planning Area 6 (PA 6) of the Northern Sphere Area of Irvine, California. The proposed project would accommodate approx. 700 students, with a maximum enrollment of 1,000 students during peak enrollment periods per IUSD Board policy. The proposed school would serve both the existing and future student population within the IUSD. The new elementary school will provide essential public educational facilities for children in grades K-5 within a new development area of Irvine.
