Document Description
This project is a rule development project to limit emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from certain stationary sources. The new rule is intended to reduce emissions of VOCs from facilities that land fill, land apply, compost, or co-compost any of the following: biosolids, animal manure, and poultry litter.
