Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-RIV-24533-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant Rancho Diamante Investments LLC, as represented by Eric Flodine.
The Project is within an approximately 63.0-acre site, which would include installation of a new storm drain that would outlet into streams identified as Hemet Flood Control Channel, Thorton Flood Control Channel, and an unnamed concrete ditch that is tributary to Thorton Flood Control Channel. The new storm drains will service the
new residential homes, roads, and open space associated with the Rancho Diamante TTM 35392, a residential subdivision. The Project will include permanent discharge of fill into the streambed below the outflow, for a total of 0.14 acres of stream impacts, as well as temporary impacts in the form of flow discharge into 0.06-acre as a result
of construction access, staging, and storage to install the storm drain outlets.
