Document Description
SAA #1600-2009-0307-R5 After the ephemeral drainage by extending an existing drainage/dry streambed through the length of the subject property, including two adjacent sites. Place rock rip rap throughout the entire ephemeral drainage to prevent future erosion. In addition, the City of Malibu has recommended the removal of invasive plant species, erosion control methods for the off--site uncontrolled run-off, the connection of the existing drainage to the newly created braided drainage, and the planting of native vegetation throughout te ephemeral drainage.
