Document Description
The proposed project would modify the existing Agricultural Productive (AP) zoning designation of the 30-acre site to add a new Resource Recovery Park combining/overlay zoning district to facilitate the phased development of a Resource Recovery Park (RRP) for recycling and energy generation uses. County may create one or more separate parcels at the site and may license, lease, sell or jointly operate portions of RRP to third party(ies) for development consistent with RRP purpose.
