Document Description
NOTE: Review Per Lead
The City of Hayward intends to redevelop the majority of the property for aviation-related uses, expanding HWD's landside facilities. Approximately 24 of the ~27 acres currently leased by the U.S. Government for use by the California ANG in Hayward would be returned to the City of Hayward. Modification of the lease would allow the California ANG to relinquish responsibility for an area that is no longer required to support the missiong of the California ANG.
