The Project includes the installation of approximately 600 miles of underground, high strand count fiber-optic cable, with various spurs (distribution lines) away from main backbone, connecting to 17 prefabricated buildings (nodes) within communities along the route, and approximately 626 underground access vaults placed approximately ever 4,500 and 7,500 feet. This mirror Amendment extends the permit to October 31, 2013.
