Document Description
Proposal to master plan 98 gross acres of land through the use of a planned unit development which will provide the zoning requirements for the future development of the site. The project will be anchored by a 128 bed acute care hospital, with rooftop heliport which is joined in phase 1 by a 50,000 sf ambulatory care center and 50,000 sf of medical office buildings. Future phases could include ~6 additional medical office buildings, six restaurant type uses, five retail uses, and possibly a church, daycare and bank.
