The proposed North City Extended Specific Plan project will consist of an urban development including Mixed Use Urban (combining Commercial and Residential uses up to 45 du/ac), Mixed Use Neighborhood (10-25 du/ac), Light Industrial, Recreational, and Open Space uses. Over 40% of the project area is planned as storm water retention facilities. The project would include the construction of utilities and associated roadway infrastructure.
