Install equipment necessary to monitor and evaluate the sliding hillside above the north abutment of the Capell Creek Bridge.
Install approximately 12 new horizontal storm drains reaching 200 feet back into the hillside adjacent to the Capell Creek.
Clean out the existing horizontal drains adjacent to State Route 128 north of the Capell Creek Bridge to improve their performance.
