The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has amended Routine Maintenace Agreement (RMA) No. 1600-2012-0061-R6 and extended the RMA by 5 years (to December 31, 2029), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, for the project Applicant, the California Department of Transportation District 9, as represented by Stephen Pfeiler. The amendment includes the addition of the above 10 locations where routine maintenance may occur and the addition of Measure 2.33 to avoid and minimize impacts to fish and wildlife resources related to removing obstructions within streams.
