Document Description
The project consists of an application submitted by the Riverside County Recycling Market Development Zone (Riverside County Zone) to renew its Zone designation, and expand its current design boundaries. In July, 2013, the administrator for the Riverside County Zone submitted an application in requesting that the boundaries of the Riverside County Zone be expanded to include all remaining areas of unincorporated Riverside County. This expansion is sought to increase the diversion of materials from the area and regional landfills and to provide technical and financial support to additional businesses that use materials from the waste stream to manufacture their products.
