Document Description
An update of the San Bernardino County General Plan Housing Element for the planning period from 2008-2014. The Housing Element addresses regional housing needs with specific goals, policies and programs designed to meet housing needs for households of all income levels, consistent with state housing element law. No zoning changes are required to implement the Housing Element. The Department of Housing and Community Development has reviewed the Draft Housing Element and found that it meets the statutory requirements of state housing element law.
