Document Description
The project is the legalization of the change in use of a 1,013 sf office and a 553 sf take-out restaurant into 1,566 sf of restaurant use, to be combined with the expansion of an existing 1,390 sf sit-down restaurant, resulting in a 2,956 sf sit-down restaurant (Wabi Sabi Restaurant). Pursuant to Section 12.20.2 of the Los Angeles Municipal Code, a Coastal Development Permit authorizing the conversion, construction, use, and maintenance of 1,013 sf of office use and 553 sf of take-out restaurant use into 1,566 sf of restaurant use, to be combined with the expansion of an existing 1,390 sf sit-down restaurant, resulting in a 2,956 sf sit-down restaurant, on a site in the M1-1-O Zone. Pursuant to Section 12.24-W,1 of the Los Angeles Municipal Code, a Conditional Use to permit the continued sale and dispensing of a full line of alcoholic beverages for on-site consumption, in conjunction with an existing 2,956 sf restaurant, with seating for 74 patrons and hours of operation from 11:00 am to 2:00 am, daily.
