            Note: Shorten Review
The project area is located entirely within the Roseville city limits, between Blue Oaks Boulevard to the north and Baseline Road to the south. The project alignment traverses various land uses: commercial, such as the Hewlett Packard campus; single-family residential; and recreational, such as Woodcreek Golf Club, pedestrian trails, and two baseball fields. To increase the reliability and safety of Line 123, PG&E would replace the existing 12-inch diameter pipe with 16-inch-diameter pipe to keep the pipeline's diameter consistent with other parts of the line to enable the use of in-line inspection tools, remotely controlled instruments with cameras that are sent through the pipelines to assess the integrity of the line. PG&E would use horizontal directional drilling, jack-and-bore, and open-trench construction for replacement of approximately 16,500 linear feet of pipeline.
