Caltrans is proposing to replace two (2) culverts in Alpine County on State Route (SR) 4 with an 18" culvert of the same material, requiring open trenching to replace the culvert,. A cured-in-place pipeliner (CIPP) will be installed at one (1) culvert in Mariposa County on SR 140, requiring the culvert be cleaned prior to installation.
