Document Description
The project will remove two 21-foot long culverts along with 30 cubic yards of associated fill. The channel will be graded to match existing upstream and downstream slopes and 6.2 cubic yard of river run gravel will be installed to one inch below the grade. The project will trim willows on the east side of the existing culverts to allow access and remove Himalayan blackberry on the west side of the existing culverts. Issuance of the Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2013-0313-R3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
