Document Description
Caltrans proposes to replace three culverts on State Route 4. Two will be replaced with wider metal pipes and one with a wider concrete pipe. All work will occur within Caltrans' prescriptive right-of-way. THe purpose of the project is to prevent erosion and highway failure. This project will benefit the traveling public.
