Document Description
The Pit 3, 4, 5 Gasline Boat Launch Project consists of installing approximately 125 cubic yards and 145+/- linear feet of light (300 lb.) RSP along the east shoreline of the Pit River. Minor erosion was observed along portions of the shore near the normal lake level creating shallow escarpments measuring less than 12 inches high. The slope of the shore is less than 4:1. Soils at the eroded areas appear to be alluvial deposits of silts and sands. This material is poorly consolidated and can be easily eroded by wave action.
