                Document Description
            
            The California Department of Rehabilitation proposes to lease approximately 6,482 square feet of existing office space.  The space would house approximaely 30.  Approximately 10 parking spaces would be used.  Approximately 25-100 clients would be seen weekly.  This office will be used as office space for the purpose of counseling disabled clients to retrain for work so they can re-enter the job market.  Public transit is available within 1/2 mile of the site.
