Document Description
Using only State funds, the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will place a 0.10-foot thin blanket overlay on (SR) 3 in Trinity County, starting at Hayfork Creek within the Community of Hayfork and continuing northbound for approxamately 4.5 (mi.). The work will include: repairing areas of localized deterioration using dig out repairs, backing shoulders to accommodate the new pavement height, and adjusting/upgrading guardrail to meet current standards as needed. Except for parking, staging, and material stockpiling, all work will remain within the roadway hinge points and no work will occur on bridges,
