Document Description
The proposed project is a tidelands use and occupancy permit (TUOP) to Chris W. Snow and Mary A. Bridgen (tenant) for their use of approximately 945 square feet of tideland area located easterly of 668 San Antonio Avenue in the City of San Diego. The tidelands area proposed for use under this TUOP would be used only and exclusively for the purpose of vehicular parking and access as an authorized vehicle and subsurface sewer lateral for the residence at 668 San Antonio Avenue. The TUOP does not allow activities or potential future improvements of the tenant to interfere with the use and enjoyment of the tidelands area to and from the La Playa path by the general public, including emergency and authorized vehicles. Additionally, no new development, construction, or increase in the size of the property is proposed or authorized as part of this TUOP.
