Document Description
The proposed project includes the installation of a parking control system at Parking Lots 2 and 3 of the existing Coronado Ferry Landing. These parking lots are currently under lease to Ferry Landing Associates. Existing signage at the parking lots indicates that both lots are reserved for use by patrons of the Ferry landing and its businesses. The parking control system will consist of new concrete islands, on fee computer in the cashier booth, one remote exit machine accepting validated ticket and credit cards, and three parking gates. One existing entrance lane and two existing exit lanes will be equipped with the new parking control system. An automated payment machin is proposed for the exit lane of Parking Lot 2, while a manned booth is proposed for the exit lane of Parking Lot 3.
