Document Description
The project is limited to the removal and replacement of an existing 12-inch corrugated metal pipe outfall with a 12-inch corrugated High-density Polyethylene pipe outfall, and the placement of approximately 2.5-cubic yards of rock slope protection to dissipate outfall discharge along the stream bank. The existing outfall pipe will be excavated from the road base and stream bank and replaced with the new pipe. Rock slope protection will then be placed by hand starting at the existing rock toe protection down slope and extending up to the outfall. No work will occur in or near the wetted portion of the stream and no vegetation will be removed as part of the project. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2013-0301-0R3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
