Document Description
The 2013 Revisions to the Sacramento Regional 8-Hour Ozone Attainment and Reasonable Further Progress Plan is technical update to incorporate California Air Resources Board updated on-road and off-road mobile source emissions inventory. It provides a review of photochemical modeling results based on changes in the emissions inventories, updates the Reasonable Further Progress and Attainment demonstrations, adoption dates of control measures, proposes new Motor Vehicle Emissions Budgets for transportation conformity purposes and provides a Vehicle Miles Traveled Offset demonstration. With this plan update, the Sacramento region continues to meet federal minimum progress requirements and demonstrates the Sacramento Region will meet the 1997 National Ambient Air Quality Standards by 2018 with existing VOC and NOx controls.
