This project will produce a pre-plan analysis report specifying the actions needed to develop and sustain OHV recreation opportunities for the Rasor OHV Area and a connecting trail system on surrounding lands. Planning actions include developing a project action plan and budget, identifying data gaps and strategies to acquire the data, developing and initiating a public outreach plan, completing field assessment of the planning area, and identifying, assessing, and proposing strategies for addressing project issues in the management plan.
