Document Description
The project involves preparing an implementation plan for management of the Temblor Range. The plan will focus on the following planning issues; 1) eliminate OHV trespass into the Carrizo Plain National Monument; 2) provide varied recreational opportunities from technical challenge to long range riding; 3) minimize cross country travel; 4) provide suitable access for local communties and visitors; 5) provide loop routes to access Temblor Ridge Road allowing scenic views of the National Monument; 6) provide suitable staging areas; and 7) ensure adequate maintenance of trail system.
