Document Description
The project purpose is to repair damaged materials including sheetrock and roofs, replace heaters, hand railing, flooring and bathroom fixtures, and repaint interiors of residential units at Calaveras Big Trees State Park to convert these structures from residential occupancy to rental housing for the public. Work will include various elements to bring the structure into compliance with the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements.
