Document Description
The Project consists of geotechnical Investigation below the channel of Orestimba Creek. The investigation will take place using core sampling methods. All work will take place from the existing Kilburn Road bridge deck. A single sample site will occur in the exact center of the bridge, an opening will be made in the bridge deck and 10-inch casing will bore through the opening in the bridge approximately 100 to 120 feet. Approximtely 1.5-foot of soil will be sampled at 5-foot intevals. All sampling will be contained within the casing.
