Document Description
The California Department of Public Health (Department) as the lead agency will be issuing a water supply permit. The San Jose Water Company (SJWC) proposes to install a new 1.881-million gallon tank to replace an existing tank and provide the necessary additional storage to meet fire flow requirments. The project would require the demolition of an existing tank and former residence. These activities would be on land owned by SJWC. Tank construction is expected to start in 2014.
