            Applicant plans to develop a 48,602 sf (1.12 acre) Commercially Zoned parcel that is located at the southeast corner of Hwy 156 and the Alameda.  The proposed development includes a 6 pump fueling station, quick serve restaurant and convenience store.  The project will follow the City's design guidelines to fit in with San Juan Bautista Guidelines and the surrounding architectural characteristics.
