Document Description
The proposed project involves a series of concerts at the upper parking lot behind Ventura City Hall (501 Poli Street). Concert promoters are proposing to host a pilot series of up to twelve outdoor concerts in the fall of 2014 or summer 2015. A temporary fabric tent of approximately 20,000 sf would provide seating for up to 1,900 individuals and would include a stage, office building, restrooms, concession stand, VIP parking area, and an open picnic area. In addition, adjacent slopes would be cleared to establish a 100-foot fire clearance area.
