The rezone application has been submitted to facilitate the approval of Conditional Use Permit Application No. C-13-020 which is proposal to develop an adjacent 0.60 acre property with a truck/trailer parking area; said parking area is also proposed to be used for the storage of dental and medical hazardous waste within the trailers.
