Grading for construction of new 11 acre-ft lined irrigation reservoir on agricultural land. The reservoir will hold treated wastewater and provide additional capacity and flexibility for irrigation of grape vines. Excess fill will be placed on the slopes of an existing wastewater treatment pond. Total area impacted will be less than 3 acres. No listed toxic sites are present.
