The proposed project will result in the widening of Ramon Road from a 4-lane arterial (3 lanes in each direction) between San Luis Rey Dr. and Landau Blvd., including the widening of the Ramon Road bridge over the Whitewater River. The project will also include new guardrails, bridge supports within the Whitewater River Channel, curb and gutter improvements, and installation of a median and sidewalks across the bridge.
