Crown Castle NG West Inc. proposes to install a Distributed Antenna System (DAS) network for Verizon Wireless to provide telecommunications service to the residential communities in the Montecito area. The project includes the installation of twenty-nine wireless telecommunications facilities on and adjacent to existing utility poles in the road right-of-way, and undergrounding of fiber-optic cabling in nine segments also along the road right-of-way. Roads and road right-of-ways do not have assigned addresses or parcel numbers, for clarity, adjacent properties are used for reference.
