A Site Approval application to construct a 2.0-acre, 1.0 megawatt solar power facility to be completed in two phases over five years. Phase 1 includes the construction of ground mount solar panels totaling 500 kilowatts and encompassing 1.0 acre of the existing 10.0-acre parcel. Phase 2 includes the expansion of ground mount solar panels to total 1.0 megawatts and to encompass a total 2.0 acre. This is an unmanned facility. The project site will include a switchyard to connect existing transmission lines to the ground mount units.
