Creation of a flood terrace along approximately 1,400 linear feet of the southern edge of the low flow channel including creation and or restoration of riparian habitat buffer zones, seasonal wetlands, shall surface water filtering swales (bioswales), benches and educational kiosks. The flood terrace, transition to upland areas and adjacent upland areas covers approximately 2.8 acres of the 5 acre project site.
