Document Description
WKWD will deliver up to 5,000 acre-feet (AF) of WKWD stored SWP Table A water to the Kern Westside Districts on a mutually agreed upon schedule. The water will be used to meet current year shortages within the Kern Westside Districts. In exchange, Kern Westside Distircts will simultaneously repay WKWD 3 AF of groundwater banked in the Kern Water Bank for every 1 AF of surface water delivered to the Kern Westside Districts. The surface water will be transferred via SWP facilities.
