Document Description
This project wouild construct a replacement 8-inch waterline along Hermosa Avenue from approximately Foothill Boulevard north to Church Street. The replacement water line would be constructed to replace the existing 6-inch waterline, which has a history of leaks and is difficult to maintain. The replacement waterline would have more in-line control valves and would be re-connected to existing laterals, service and hydrants. The existing waterline would be abandoned in place as part of the project.
