Document Description
SAA #1600-2013-0245-R2 The project is limited to the widening and lengthing of the existing Lake Forest boat launch ramp to meet current California Department of Boating and Waterways design standards and to replace deteriorating materials. To comply with these current standards the existing boat launch ramp will need to be widened by a total of ten (10) feet. Maintenance dredging will also be required in order to remove sediment that has accumulated since maintenance dredging last occurred in 1989. Removal of the accumulated sediment to the previous dredged elevation of 6219' will enable safe boat operations at lower lake levels.
