Document Description
The project consists of improvements/upgrades of the existing Secondary Treatment complex at the El Estero Wastewater Treatment Plant. The existing Secondary Treatment complex and related facilities encompass approximately 100,000 square feet of area. Improvements/upgrades will occur within the existing complex structure. The exception would be exterior trenching for replacement piping and installation of outlet piping. Upgrades would include modernization of equipment resulting in substantial improvement in quality of effluent produced, operational flexibility and control, as well as increased energy efficiency.
